On June 24th, 2011 Jill and her band RedTrii performed at the Swampdawgs Baseball Stadium in Fayetteville, NC for Military Appreciation Night and other events in the stadium. Jill perfored the National Anthem as well to kick off the game and honor the troops.

June 30th , 2011 Jill performed the National Anthem and an original patriotic song at a private ceremony at FT. Bragg, N.C. for the NCO Induction Ceremony for the 95th Civil Affairs Brigade.

Jill and her band RedTrii performed on July 4th, 2011 at the Hope Mills Festival in Hope Mills , NC. Jill opened the ceremony performing the National Anthem.

Jill did end up performing after all on April 29th, 2011 at the Crowne Colliseum for the Fayetteville Force professional indoor Football team. She performed the National Anthem and God Bless America.

Jill and her band RedTrii did end up playing at the DOGWOOD festival on April 30th sponsored by Huske Hardware House in downtown Fayetteville, N.C. There was a great crowd. Jill and the band rocked the Festival.

Monday, May 30th,2011, Jill will be performed the National Anthem on Festival Park stage in downtown Fayetteville, N.C in HONOR OF ALL MEN AND WOMAN WHO HAVE GIVEN SO MUCH TO SERVE OUR COUNTRY and to kick off the GLORY DAYS events for the area.

Jill and her band RedTrii performed on Festival Park Stage in downtown Fayetteville, N.C. immediately following the National Anthem to kick off GLORY DAYS. They was playedwith the help of friends and guests from the Band Aonix. Jill said"I am looking forward to this opportunity to sing tomorrow. The sacrifice that has been given for our country by so many is incredible soldiers. The least I can do is use my gift to make someone smile for a day. Thankyou Lord for this honor." RedTrii members who played are: Cody Barr on guitar and Jon Reyes also on guitar. Guests from Aonix are: James Loft-electric guitar, Thomas Dettenmeyer -drums and Kevin Martinez on Bass.

Jill performed the National Anthem and God Bless America at Veterans Memorial Park for their Memorial Day Ceremony to honor all who have served our country in downtown Fayetteville, N.C.

Jill performed the National Anthem and You Pulled me Through by Jennifer Hudson via video with the help of Travis Minyon from Cape Fear Solutions in Southern Pines,NC for Homes for Our Troops key ceremony on Saturday, February 27th, 2010 in Fayetteville, NC. This ceremony was the presentation of the newly built home for wounded warrior SSG Maurice Craft. It was truly an honor to be apart of such an amazing tribute to one who has given so much. May God Bless the Craft family in their new home. Many thanks again to Cape Fear Solutions and Travis.

Jill was invited to minister/perform in Charleston, SC at the Embassy Suites Sunday, February 28th,2010 for the Laugh your way to a Better Marriage retreat. The retreat was sponsored through the Chaplains department in FT. Bragg. Many thanks to all who made the weekend amazing and memorable.

December 4, 2009: Jill will have the honor of singing the National Anthem for SSG Maurice Craft and his daughters at the ground breaking ceremony at 8:30AM in Fayetteville,NC. What Homes for our Troops does is like Extreme Makeover. Jill asks that you offer any skills or resources you are able to for this amazing family. Jill says she feesl truly blessed to be apart of this wonderful gift of love.

Jill will be performing God Bless America for the entire baseball season at every home game for the Fayetteville Swampdogs during the seventh inning stretch. She will also be perfoming the National Anthem at select games and in concert at many theme nights this season. Watch for more details.

Congradulations! Jill won first place in FT. Hood at the local level for Operation Rising Star on September 26th and has advanced to the NATIONAL FINALS She is one of the top 12 representing FT. Hood and the State of Texas. The competition is in FT. Belvoir , VA on Nov. 12th,13th and 14th. She needs your votes to win first place. Go to:

Jill Charles has been in several competitions this year.
Currently she has won the Inspiration Category for the song writing competition and third place over all for the song writing competition: Songs from the Soul of Service. This was a World Wide song writing competition opened to Active Duty Military and their Dependants.

Jill has had several news articles and interviews about this honor and is excited on working on the CD and future performances with the other other contestants.

Jill was in concert at Aaran Lakes Baptist Church, Sunday, Nov. 22nd, 2009 in all three morning services and then one evening concert at 6:00PM. A love offering was taken for the local homeless shelter. For more information please contact Youth Pastor Phil Horn @ (910) 424-7211.

August 21st, Jill Charles was in another competition called Operation Rising Star. Operation Rising Star is a talent/singing competition open to Active duty Military and their Dependants. The competition consists of auditions and elimination rounds. The competition is Army wide. Once contestants move forward to the Final round they have opportunity to compete in the televised competition against other contestants from other Army installations.

March 14th,2009 for Trinity Doyle... A gift of Love is what I have labeled this concert... as myself and several other talented artists and friends I have met at singing competitions this year are come together for a 2 hour concert to raise money for a little one who was born with Spinal Bifida. The money collected for entrance to the event was fully donated to the family for medical expenses and needs.

Jill performed at the Netropolis Theater May 23rd at 1130 West Trinity Mills, Carollton, TX for Songs from the Soul of Service Song writing Competition. Jill won first place in the Inspiration category and third overall. The first and second place winners will be performed in concert as well. Jill performed the National Anthem and two of her original songs.

Round Rock Express Baseball team in Round Rock, Texas. Round Rock Express is owned by legendary Nolan Ryan and is an affiliate of the Houston Astros. Jill Charles performed the National Anthem at the Bell County Expo. Center in Belton, Texas at noon for: The Bell County Youth Fair and Livestock Show Auction Sale. Proceeds went to children that were exhibiting/selling items. Bell County Rodeo is in conjunction with the Youth Fair.

This was to promote her upcoming concert for the Champs Spring Concert at The Copperas Cove Bulldawgs Stadium.
